All sessions will be tailored to the individual client. The cost of this package is £400, and must be purchased in full, prior to scheduling your first appointment. Madeleine Backlund
Owner of Backlund Pilates
Madeleine Backlund is the owner and Founder of Backlund Pilates studio. Madeleine was first introduced to Pilates while living in the USA in the early 1980's. She later became a keen client of Alan Herdman for seven years before training to become a Pilates instructor with Trevor Blount in 1990. Read extended biography here.
Sabine El Jai
Osteopathy
Sabine qualified from the European School of Osteopathy in Maidstone (U.K.) in 2006, with a BSc Honours degree in Osteopathy. Following graduation Sabine left Europe to practice in Auckland in New Zealand for 2 years. She worked in a Multi-disciplinary practice. Sabine’s work is very gentle and she enjoyed the complexity of her profession. Each patient becomes unique, and every time she works with someone she feels privileged. Christos Stefanidis
Kinesiotherapy & Sports Massage Therapy
Born in Greece, Christos Stefanidis trained for four years at the National Sports Academy in Sofia, Bulgaria (Faculty of Kinesitherapy) where he gained his diploma as a Kinesiotherapist in 1999. During his studies, Christos gained valuable experience practicing in hospitals in kinesiotherapy and rehabilitation in orthopedics and traumatology, sports injuries, neurology, cardiovascular diseases, pediatrics, surgery and gynecology. Christos worked for the Greek National Team of athletics, The Greek National Squad of Gymnastics and then he was honoured to work on athletes during the 2004 Athens Olympic Games. He has also worked for professional women’s volleyball teams. Christos has taught kinesiology, massage and kinesiotherapy for seven years to vocational students in the vocational college in Athens, Greece. Ben Saidman
Massage Therapy
Having initially studied Art and Design, Ben soon found his interests leaning towards holistic modalities. Ben studied Anatomy and Physiology at the Middlesex School of Complementary Medicine (UK), receiving his Massage diploma in 2010. He currently offers Swedish massage and works as a mobile therapist, building a loyal client base in West London. He enjoys meeting new clients and looks forward to expanding his offerings to include Indian head massage and Thai massage in the not-to-distant future.
